Brooklyn's Rocketship Comics Store in New York Magazine

NEW YORK magazine in their continuing "Ask a Shop Clerk" series asks Alex Cox about the Rocketship comic book store, located a few blocks away from Chez Lynch. It's a nice little feature and, no, Alex, you do not look fat in that photo!

Rocketship's site is here.

I always thought of rocketship as being a cousin to Amsterdam's Lambiek, with a small gallery of art on the walls, as well as a great selection of comics, graphic novels and small press comics. It's easy to get to and from if you live in or are visiting Manhattan. Here are directions from a June blog entry of mine.
