Video: Liza Donnelly

WHEN DO THEY SERVE THE WINE? is the newest collection of New Yorker cartoonist Liza Donnelly's work (with an intro by Roz Chast). In this video, produced by Chronicle Books, she talks about how she began cartooning and what her work habits are.

What pen is she using in the video? It's not a dip pen, right?

By chance, Rina Piccolo asked Liza about that via Twitter. It's a Hunt 107 -- a quill-type dip pen.

Hard to break in (like all those steel points are), but a dream of flexiosity afterward.
